Who is NEO and What Gear NEO Uses?
Filip Kubski, popularly known by his Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO) username ‘NEO’, is a Polish streamer and a professional esports player. NEO started his career in 2001, i.e. at the age of 15 and is one of the oldest and legendary players of Counter-Strike series. NEO started his career with Counter-Strike which was initially released in 2000 and started playing the game professionally for a team in 2001. He played for several teams since then and is known as a legendary player of CS: 1.6. Over the years he won the IEM World Championship, ESWC, WCG and other championships more than twice; hence he is considered as the greatest player to date.
While teaming up with ESC Gaming, which is a well-known German esports organisation, NEO got an opportunity to play for the same organisation but for a new team, i.e. for CS: GO. After shifting to CS: GO in 2012, NEO has been for the best teams only. Virtus.pro recruited him in 2014; it is a Russian esports organisation which is well-known in the CS: GO tournaments and players. NEO played for more than 4 years for the organisation where he earned various titles and championships through tournaments. NEO later joined Faze Clan as a substitute player in 2019, after the contract ended with Virtus.Pro and acted as an in-game leader. He is currently playing with ARCY and is the in-game leader for the team.
